BO Chargeman

Job Responsibility:

·         Responsible for management of the on-site ,day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operations are delivered in line with the specification and contract as agreed. Works in cooperation with stakeholders and service subcontractors, Leads implementation of account processes and procedures. Responsible for managing the local relationship with the client. To undertake all maintenance works as directed in a manner which complies with building standards.

·         Ensure that Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality adheres to company’s standard

Job Requirement:

·         BO Chargeman certified with at least 3 years working experience as BO Chargeman

·         Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships both internal and external and at multiple levels within organizations

·         Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards.

·         Strong understanding of planned maintenance principles

·         Highly motivated with strong technical acumen and possessing  strong communication and presentation skills with strong emphasis on delivering set objectives and hands on performance

·         Good verbal and wntten English communication skills

·         Ability  to work out materials list for projects,work unsupervised, self motivated, driven by success and determined

·         Be self motivated, organized & attention to detail

·         A strong client service and relationship management outlook

·         Ability to work independently of direct management and motivate accordingly


Front Desk cum Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility:

·         Attend to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, visitors and handle courier services

·         Responsible to mend and ensure the cleanliness of the reception area at all time

·         Assist & support in office general administrative tasks  & office maintenance

·         Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned when necessary

Job Requirement:

·         At least 1-2  years of working experience

·         Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

·         Possess positive attitude, well-groomed, matured, committed and have cheerful disposition

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
